4. Occasionally, there may be additional charges such as Octroi, taxes, or duties that the recipient must pay upon delivery. Please note that Same Day Delivery Gifts does not control these charges.

5. For flowers, sweets, or other perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient not being home, the address being locked, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be provided for such items.

6. As flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be slight variations from the picture shown. However, we will ensure the delivered arrangement closely matches the description or photograph provided.

7. The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) provided with the product photos are approximate. As most products are handmade, there may be variations between the pictures and the actual products. Same Day Delivery Gifts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deliver a similar or alternate product in circumstances beyond its control.

8. Under no circumstances shall Same Day Delivery Gifts be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services offered on the site. Furthermore, in no event shall Same Day Delivery Gifts’s liability to the user for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to negligence) exceed the amount paid by the user to Same Day Delivery Gifts for the specific service or product.

9. To provide our customers with the most up-to-date information, Same Day Delivery Gifts will periodically update the content and the products or services described on this site. The prices advertised on this site apply to internet orders and are subject to change without notice. Prices and availability of items may vary, and the prices listed on this site may not reflect the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including prohibiting sales to resellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

Users who have utilized services through SamedayDeliveryGifts.com by choosing one or more listed service providers: SamedayDeliveryGifts.com contacts these users via SMS, email, call, or WhatsApp messages after their scheduled appointment and requests feedback on their experience or updates them on the latest product offerings from the service provider. SamedayDeliveryGifts.com retains full ownership of this feedback collection process.

Despite any terms, conditions, or disclaimers outlined above, in the FAQ section, or elsewhere on the site, any refund or payment made by SamedayDeliveryGifts to the user or any representative on their behalf, voluntarily or upon request, does not constitute a waiver of any terms, conditions, or disclaimers stated, nor does it set a precedent for similar future actions or claims, nor does it confer any rights upon the claimant. Additionally, all such refunds or payments, if any, are subject to a 10% deduction for bank charges and other processing overheads.
